Introduction
Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B.) is a five-year integrated law programme that provides a comprehensive and interdisciplinary legal education relevant to societal needs, matching international standards enhancing the legal heritage and cultural ethos of Nepal. The programme covers several theoretical dimensions as well as the practical aspects like the moot court, writing research papers, and mock trials. The courses are designed with global standards so that the programme provides the next generation of lawyers, judges, intellectuals and public officials demanded for national and international job market. The long-term vision of this course is the promotion of ethical and legal values. It seeks to foster respect for the Rule of Law and the Constitution by providing the country with world-class, competent and professional human resources in the field of law. It envisions empowering students with the skills to present, analyze and understand contemporary issues of public concern, and their legal implications, in the larger interest of achieving social, economic and political justice in Nepal.
Objectives of the Program

- To allow students to forge diverse career paths (including pursuing higher studies), maximizing their freedom of choice to choose their future profession.
- To foster in students the sound civic sense and to train them to become responsible citizens of democratic societies.
