The Journal of Development and Social Engineering (ISSN: 2382-5332) is a publication of School of Development and Social Engineering, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Pokhara University. The guidelines for submission of articles in the Journal of Development and Social Engineering are as follows:
- Articles for submission must be in English. They must be original and not previously published in any other journal either in printed or in electronic form. It also must not be in the process of being reviewed for publication in any other journal.
- Submission must include a cover page containing the title of the article, the name of the author(s), institutional affiliation of each author, full postal address and Email of each author, an abstract with not more than 250 words, and at least four key words. The other pages must not contain the name of the authors.
- Article should start with an abstract and should proceed with introduction, objective(s), data and methods, results and discussion, and conclusion followed by references and appendix.
- Manuscripts should be limited to 7000 words including illustrations, graphs, and charts and typed in Cambria, 10 fonts size, with double space and printed/printable in A4 paper. Both hard and soft copies of articles should be submitted.
- The submitted article will undergo through a blind submission policy and will be anonymously reviewed by academic experts and further comments will be sent for improvement. The right to select any article is reserved to the Editorial Board based on the comments of experts.
- A second round of comments, if deemed necessary by the Editorial Board, may be provided to the author(s) with a week of extended time.
- The author(s) will be accountable for his/her/their article(s) and, therefore, the article(s) published in the Journal of Development and Social Engineering will not reflect the principles or policies either of the School of Development and Social Engineering, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Pokhara University or the Editorial Board.
- The decision of the Editorial Board will be the final.
- Copyright of the articles will be transferred to the journal.
